9 Years ago Bronsen came into our lives, making us the happiest parents there were.  He really wanted a friends birthday party this year, so I gave in and let him.  He changed the theme last minute to Star Wars.  

We started the party with hot dog light sabers, cupcakes, and some Yoda soda.  

We love Bronsen and are so happy he is part of our family.  

Friday night we finally got around to coloring Easter eggs!  

The boys were quite intent on their projects. 

Saturday we headed out to have a picnic.  

I actually forgot our lovely decorated eggs so Landon was nice to share a few for the boys to roll.  

So the word is out!  We are about 14 weeks pregnant with TWINS!!!  

After a lot of talking, I convinced Steve that we should have one more shot at a sister for Sienna.  He finally conceded and agreed to have one more baby. Actually I had decided this seemed like plenty to me too.  So imagine our surprise when we went to visit Dr. Black at 13 weeks, and immediately saw two babies!

  

Baby B appears to be a girl, but it's pretty early to tell.  We're hoping she stays a girl though.  Sienna has been very freely sharing our news with everyone and has been telling them from the first that it is a boy and a girl.  Hopefully she's right. 

I really wanted to share the video of this, but I seem to struggle with uploading videos to blogger. So pictures will have to do.  

Last week in the wrestling tourney at Monticello Steve was out of town and being the first matches of the season, the boys struggled a little.  Bronsen had an especially rough time and got pinned very quickly in both of his matches.  He has wanted a gold metal so bad ever since starting.  By the end of the tournament he felt totally defeated!  We know it's not about winning or losing and we try really hard to emphasize that with the kids, but when your little brother seems to get gold metals most of the time and you've never had one, it's a little rough.  

So on Saturday was the Blanding Brawl.  Parker did awesome and ended up with the gold in his bracket.  Bronsen's wrestling started in the afternoon.  I was so very nervous for him.  His first match he pinned the kid and came off the mat with the hugest smile ever.  I was working the table and will admit that I might have shed a few tears at his success.  I just wanted him to at least win one match and get some confidence back.  Then he won again and ended up in the championship with a kid that had pinned him in about 15 seconds last weekend.  This is where I needed the video!   He wrestled super hard and ended up winning by 1 point. He finally got his GOLD!!!  I am so proud of him!!!   He wrestled tough, listened to his dad's coaching, and didn't give up!  

Wrestling is such an intense sport for us moms, but it is so exciting when they succeed and it is all them!!   I'm sure the rest of the season will have it's ups and downs, but I couldn't be more thankful for how this day went!!  Love my boys!!

So I know I'm late with this post, but that's because, "Here we go again!"  Life just got a whole lot more busy.  We (I) really enjoyed our break from sports the past few months.  After football, the boys didn't really have any extra curricular sports to keep them busy until basketball started for Bronsen in January.  This was his first year and he did great.  

He was a real hustler up and down the court!

Grandpa says that next year he is going to coach.  I hope he does!!! (hint, hint)  

And now we are already on to wrestling!  We have only had one tournament so far, and Blanding's tournament is this weekend.  Pictures to come!!   So this begins the sports season for us, glad my boys like to participate and keep active!

Our Miss Sienna turned 4 this month.  For us birthdays are full of traditions.  The morning starts with a pancake shaped like the number of candles on the cake, with a dollar bill taped to the bottom of the plate! 

Then Grandpa and Grandma Einerson always call first thing to sing you Happy Birthday.  They got this tradition from my Grandpa Johnson. He would always call and sing to you before school. I remember one year he forgot to call my cousin Shay who was in the same 3rd grade class as me.  So he called the school and had them tap into the intercom system for him while he sang, what a brave Grandpa!

Our final day at the parks started off great when we saw Arial there ready to greet us! It was a bit rainy, but we were kind of glad because it scared a few other park visitors away so that we could enjoy another day without lines. 

Sienna wasn't too sure about Snow White's quicked step mother. She really wasn't very nice!!

It was a really fun vacation.  Vacations don't always end to early for me, but reality definitely sets in a little too soon when we get back!!
