shout hurray! Which Sienna does, she loves the word "Hooray"! Our little crazy girl is three. Although she is at a sometimes very frustrating stage, she is also incredibly cute. Within the last 24 hours she has said two things that I want to always remember.
First, yesterday we were going by a house and I said, "Who built that house?" Her response, "Don't you know, it was those piggies?" Of course it was one of the three pigs, what was I thinking?
Second, today she was saying the dinner prayer, she is just starting to say them by herself but today asked Daddy to help her. Part way through the prayer she opened her eyes, pointed at Steve and said, "You stop now" then she went back to her prayer, "In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen." I guess she thought Steve was unnecissarily dragging it out.

Sienna had a Hello Kitty party with the cousins. They played the balloon popping game. Not sure this was appropriate for a quiet Sunday get together!

Steve and I gave her a vanity because when she isn't busy playing guns and wrestling with the boys, she loves her makeup and hair things.

Parker and Bronsen have both needed to lose a tooth for a couple of weeks. We made them a deal that we would double the toothfairy's loot for whoever wiggled their tooth out first. Parker worked really hard at it. I had given it a pretty good tug and had it all but out. He made a plan that after school that day, before his snack I could pull it.

For Valentines the kids always enjoy their heart shaped plates and fancy plastic stemware.

Kade loves loves animals. Someday I will get a video of him with our dog to post. But for now, this is his favorite monkey. It sits on a shelf above the changing table and he must have it everytime he gets changed.

We hiked Butler wash all the time when I was in high school. Mostly with friends or church groups. When I came home from college once, I tried to take my dad to see the ruins up this wash, and we took the wrong fork. We ended up climbing some steep sand hills to get out.

I know there are snacks in here! (And she deserved them, she was a great little hiker.)

This outfit describes our little girl perfectly. She loves to be the princess, but can't keep away from the guns and gear that the boys love. Her future could be interesting. I think this is how she keeps both mom and dad wrapped around her little finger.

The weather over Christmas break was so warm that we just had to get out and enjoy it. So we did a little shooting. I must say I was quite impressed with Bronsen and Parker's ability to shoot the 22. They both have a dead eye.


Bronsen brought the bow that he got for Christmas along. You have to be able to hunt all the seasons you know.

Sienna always loves bouncing around and getting dirty.


Kade's favorite was chewing on his ear plugs. Who doesn't love a little earwax?

We rounded up Travis and kids for the fun too. Can you believe it's January? I'm sure we will regret this weather come Summer, but for now it was really nice to get out and enjoy the sunshine.

We had such a fabulous Christmas and got spoiled as usual. It is most definitely my favorite time of year. I didn't get many pictures of the Christmas Eve party, but here's a snapshot of Christmas morning.

Kade's favorite was a candybar from someone else's stocking. The 4-Wheeler was okay too.



Sienna got a lot of dressups and the Barbie that she asked Santa for. I can say that her favorites so far has been all of the dressups and pretend makep. It's so much fun having a girl!
Parker has had his heart set on a DS ever since Bronsen got one for his birthday last year. Good thing Santa got the letter, because he got nervous when he sat on his lap and asked for something else instead.
Bronsen got a remote control helicopter. It is a little hard to manage, but he is getting really good at it. Even better than his Dad who seems to think it is half his.
